My mission

My mission is to create a safe space where, with inspiration and compassion, I help you explore and understand your thoughts, feelings, and behavior, find your sources of strength, and achieve the changes you desire. I help you build a different relationship with yourself — with less struggle and more understanding, so you can take responsibility for your own life.

My approach

In my work I draw on a systemic approach and other established methods of psychotherapy, which I adapt to your needs. I work according to the relational family therapy model, because I believe that relationship heals through relationship.
